This role ensures that all project milestones are achieved within budget, time, and scope. The manager coordinates with engineering, procurement, site teams, and subcontractors, ensuring proper resource allocation, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

The HR Officer is responsible for maintaining smooth administrative and HR operations across all departments. With strong coordination skills, he ensures all HR processes run efficiently and support overall organizational goals.
