Project Manager

The Project Manager oversees the complete lifecycle of Overhead Transmission Line (OHTL) projects—from planning and scheduling to execution and delivery. This role ensures that all project milestones are achieved within budget, time, and scope. The manager coordinates with engineering, procurement, site teams, and subcontractors, ensuring proper resource allocation, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

Human Resource

The HR Officer is responsible for maintaining smooth administrative and HR operations across all departments. His duties include overseeing recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll, and employee documentation. He ensures compliance with labor regulations, manages grievances, and supports a healthy work environment. With strong coordination skills, he ensures all HR processes run efficiently and support overall organizational goals.

Admin & Finance

The Admin & Finance Officer supports day-to-day administrative operations while maintaining accurate financial records. His responsibilities include managing invoices, expense monitoring, budgeting support, procurement assistance, and documentation control. He also coordinates logistics, office management, and interdepartmental communication. His role ensures operational continuity and proper financial discipline across all units.

Senior Supervisor

The Supervisor is responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, directing field teams, and ensuring construction tasks are executed according to instructions and standards. They monitor workforce productivity, ensure proper use of materials and equipment, enforce safety practices, and report daily progress and issues to the Project Manager or Senior Engineer.

The HSE Officer investigates incidents, provides training, and works closely with all departments to build a proactive safety culture and reduce hazards.

They maintain inventory records, track material usage, conduct stock reconciliations, and ensure secure and organized storage practices. They play a key role in supporting timely project execution through material availability.
